Assalaamu ‘alaikum,
The Trinidad Muslim League Inc. invites interested Jamaats to participate in our 2023 Night Windball Cricket Competition scheduled to commence tentatively on Thursday 16th February, 2023, in shaa Allaah. The Tournament will be rebranded as TML 50-Ball Cricket. This new, exciting format will have one 10-ball pelting over, one 10-ball bowling over, three 6-ball bowling overs, and two 6-ball pelting overs, per innings.
Jamaats are invited to participate in the following League:
TML Champions League (TCL) – A Jamaat based League open to a maximum of 14 registered Jamaats in T&T.
Please note that the TML Masters and Youth Leagues will start at a later date after Ramadhaan, in shaa Allaah.
Registration fees are: Champions League: $1,500.00.
Registration forms can be obtained online through our website: www.tmlcricket.com/registrationforms.
Imams are required to approve all players representing their respective Jamaats before signing/submitting registration forms. Only respective Jamaat members are allowed to be registered. Up to 2 non-Jamaat members will be allowed to be included after payment of a transfer fee. Previous transfers made in previous years are nullified. Team lists are to be submitted to Br. Naim Khan by Monday 6th February, 2023. After, a meeting will be scheduled with all team Captains and the TML Cricket Committee to scrutinize and approve player lists.
Teams will be chosen on a first come first served basis.
